Any engagement with latte. begins only after scope, payment terms, deliverables, timelines, and approval responsibilities are agreed in writing.

All proposals, strategy, design, and implementation work remain protected intellectual property until the agreed payment obligations for the relevant stage are satisfied.

Timelines depend on timely feedback, access to required materials, and clear approval cycles. If those inputs change, project timing may change as well.
